Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams from around the world to create insightful and useful solutions for a range of cross platform problems. In my role I successfully applied user centered design based on thorough research and analysis. Among many responsibilities, I performed tasks such as persona creation, heuristic reviews, story boarding, competitive analysis, task flow analysis, prototype development, and visual design. Web Designer/Developer
Working in a small team environment to design and implement all web related functions for Australia’s 4th largest financial institution, Suncorp, and its subsidiary sites. My role included project management, usability and accessibility enforcement, major redesigns, leading focus groups and research forums, web application development, outsource management, CMS implementation and intranet refinement and redevelopment.
